data-id=\"https:\/\/www.kehrwieder.shop\/Wir-ueber-uns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kehrwieder<\/a><\/strong> Kreativbrauerei gegr\u00fcndet. Sie waren jahrelange im Ausland und haben dort im Rahmen der neuen Welle moderner, neuer Bierstile aus kleinen unabh\u00e4ngigen Brauererei und Homebrews Erfahrungen gesammelt, die sie in Hamburg umsetzen wollten. Ihr &#8222;Prototyp New Style Lager&#8220; was ihr erstes Bier und wurde direkt ein Erfolg. Mit dem &#8222;\u00fcNN&#8220; bzw &#8222;\u00fcber Normal&#8220; IPA entstand 2014 das erste alkoholfreie India Pale Ale, das so konzipiert ist, dass kein Alkohol entzogen wird, sondern von vornherein Hefen eingesetzt werden, die kaum Alkohol produzieren.
